Our clients purchased the home five or six years before the project’s commencement. The existing pavilion structure showed significant decay, prompting the need for renovation. Initial plans were conceptual designs from a landscape architect, which were then sent for engineering. Adjustments were made to extend over the outdoor kitchen.
A modern flat-roof pavilion was constructed over an outdoor kitchen and a modern fireplace. Finished with tongue and groove pine ceiling, the fan and recessed lighting add comfort and ambiance.
An L-Shaped kitchen includes seating for six to seven guests and features a Blaze Lux grill, a fridge, and storage areas.
This modern pavilion brings functionality and extends the use of the outdoor space.
DESIGN CHALLENGE
Due to property line constraints, the patio and pavilion were angled and offset, resulting in an impressive design integration.
