This full residence hardscape and landscape project features an integrated patio design for grilling, dining, and lounging areas. The well-executed layout divides the outdoor space into two separate areas. The lower area features a grilling space for two Big Green Egg grills and leaves enough room for a large farmhouse-style dining table. The upper area was designed with comfort in mind. Constructed using mini Creta wall bricks by Techo-Bloc, the fire pit and seat wall were finished with natural limestone capstone.
Privacy was achieved utilizing Green Giants while Sunshine Ligustrums was used for vibrant yellow accents. Compadre Zoysia sod was installed around the patio and plantings of creeping flocks, muhly grasses, sedges, hydrangeas, and gardenias added to the overall ambiance.
A vegetable garden, perennials, and annuals were added by the homeowners for a personal touch.
Drainage Solutions
Proper drainage is the key component of every hardscaping project. We addressed slope challenges with solid piping and added Delaware gravel accents for enhanced drainage.
