The design objective was to create a seamless and appealing outdoor area with a practical design for extended use throughout different seasons.
Starting with the screen porch, it was equipped with an EzeBreeze panel system for flexibility. This allows for weather protection and usability during pollen season and colder months. The fireplace was an essential component and it was constructed using Bucks County Country Ledge by Boral Stone. The standard kiln-dried wood flooring in the space was upgraded to a TimberTech Azek porch floor with a tongue and groove system in French white oak.
The paver patio design focused on bringing the deck to the lower level, adding a landing and seat wall.
The overall patio design aimed at enhancing the open space feel, providing overflow seating, and adding a plant area.
Drainage Solutions
Proper drainage is the key component of every hardscaping project. We addressed slope challenges with solid piping and added Delaware gravel accents for enhanced drainage.
