The homeowner had a dilapidated retaining wall that needed to be replaced and brought up to current engineering codes. An old deck required replacement to enhance the outdoor living space.
After an initial consultation with the homeowners, we designed a plan that incorporated the best solution for the space and at the same time assured the longevity of the construction project.
A second-story deck with an attractive paver patio underneath was added, creating a versatile outdoor area. Horizontal cable rails and complementary materials add a modern touch to the overall project design. This area was finished with a horizontal wood privacy panel to separate the backyard from the neighboring driveway. A new landscape includes shrubs, bushes, and a new fescue sod lawn.
The transformation effectively isolated the backyard from the driveway, providing a more secluded and aesthetically pleasing outdoor space.
